In partnership with Penn State Health: Know Your Numbers for Better Health Presented by Julie Groh, Community Health Nurse with Penn State Health Learn about your risk for cardiovascular disease by knowing your numbers and what they mean. Your numbers include your blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol. Screenings will be done before and after the presentation so you will leave "knowing your numbers." Register Here: ttsu.me/knowyournumbers Lunch & childcare will be provided! Also, each registered participant will receive a SHARE the Health Box. Our SHARE the Health Box meal kits include two complete meals with ingredients and recipes, each serving 4-6 people. Questions?
